These services are available in several areas of support.

1. Understand market trends and competitors; identify strategies to enter the market

2. Identify and validate new partners in the marketplace

3. Identify and validate potential buyers of products or services

4. Help establish and localize a new corporation in Bangladesh

The Chamber of Commerce in Korea is called BCCK.

Article 1. Members and qualifications
1. BCCK consists of the following types of members ("members"):

A. Diamond Member
B. Platinum Member
C. Sponsored Member
D. Corporate Member

2. Diamond Member, Platinum Member, Sponsored Member and Corporate Member
A Bangladesh or Korean business or organization that maintains a permanent representative or is wholly owned or existing in Korea through participation in equity interests in joint ventures;
Alternatively, other businesses or organizations whose interests the Executive Committee determined match their interests may join BCCK as diamond members, platinum members, sponsor members and corporate members.
Upon approval as a member, each diamond member, Platinum member, Sponsored member and corporate member shall be nominated to the Executive Committee and approved to represent the member at the General Assembly.

3. Additional Corporate Members
Employees of Diamond Members, Platinum Members, Sponsored Members, or Corporate Members may join BCCK as additional members of the corporation other than authorized representatives.

4. Professional Membership
Individuals residing in Korea who are diamond members, platinum members, sponsor members, corporate members, or employed by Korean businesses or organizations may join BCCK as professional members in the following cases:
The interests determined by the Executive Committee are consistent with those of the Bangladesh business community in Korea.

5. Overseas Corporate Member
An overseas business or organization that does not reside in Korea or maintain a permanent representative but is eligible for a corporate membership may join BCCK as a member of an overseas corporation.

6. Overseas Professional Membership
Individuals who do not live in Korea but are qualified as professional members can join BCCK as overseas professional members.

7. Honorary Member
You can join BCCK as an honorary member.

BCCK membership candidates must apply for membership by submitting a membership application in accordance with the form provided by BCCK.
The application for membership shall be submitted to the Executive Committee and the Executive Committee may recognize a candidate as a member by a majority vote of the executive who makes up a quorum of 50 per cent of the executive members.
However, the Executive Committee may adopt a resolution in which 50% of the executive members constitute a quorum and defer the decision of the Chairperson by a majority vote of the executive present.
When a new member is admitted, the Executive Committee shall post a notice of admission in writing to the new member.
Membership is formed when the candidate pays the required subscription fee after receiving the admission notice. Membership is for 12 months from the date of payment.

Article 3 Membership withdrawal
1. Membership will be terminated upon the death, withdrawal or expulsion of a member.

2. Diamond members, Platinum members, Sponsored members or corporate members may replace Authorized Representatives with alternate Authorized Representatives at any time with prior written approval from the Executive Committee.

3. Members may withdraw their BCCK membership at any time by submitting written notice.
However, such withdrawal selection will not affect the rights and obligations of the members by the end of the fiscal year.

4. Members may be deported from the BCCK and their membership may be revoked under an executive committee resolution adopted by a majority vote of 2/3 (2/3) of the officials present at the time, with 50% of the officers being quorum. The reasons for expulsion include, but are not limited to, the following actions of the member:

A. BCCK slander through slander or libel;
B. Intentional or gross negligence resulting in material loss or damage to BCCK;
C. acts contrary to the stated purpose of BCCK; and
D. You have not paid your subscription obligation for more than six months.
E. Other reasons recognized by the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee shall immediately notify the Member of its decision to leave the school (the "Notice of expulsion") in writing, informing the Member of its right to appeal the decision.
The expelled member may appeal the decision by submitting a written appeal (the "notice of appeal") to the Executive Committee within 15 business days after receiving the notice of expulsion.
The Executive Committee shall hold an appeal hearing within 15 business days after receiving notice of appeal, and if the expelled member fails to appear at the hearing, the expelled member shall be deemed to have waived his right to appeal.
If the expelled member does not raise an objection, the right to raise the objection is deemed to have been waived.

If a member expelled after the appeal hearing is a diamond member, Platinum member, Sponsored member, or a corporate member, the Executive Committee may require the member's infringement authorized representative to be replaced by another authorized representative acceptable to the Executive Committee under the following precondition:

5. The expelled member shall not be able to refund all or part of the current fiscal year's subscription or receive property and claim for BCCK assets.

Article 4 Membership
1. Only Diamond Members, Platinum Members, Sponsored Members and Good Business Members are allowed to participate in and vote at the General Assembly through authorized representatives (the "members eligible for voting").
Each member who has the right to vote may receive one vote which can be exercised through the representative approved by the General Assembly.

2. Good members may participate in any event hosted by BCCK and receive and benefit from all services and activities of BCCK.

Article 5 Members' Obligations
1. All members shall contribute to the BCCK's pursuit of stated objectives.
2. All members must pay an annual subscription fee as determined by the Executive Committee, except for an honorary member who has been exempted from membership.
3. With the exception of the first year of membership that expires upon membership, the subscription will be paid in full within 60 (60) days from the beginning of each fiscal year thereafter.
